SHIPPING POLICY

While Caywood & Randazzo’s Bakery and UPS do everything in our power to ensure your order delivers overnight, your king cake may be delayed and delivered the second day.

Beyond the 1 to two 2 day delivery date you selected, Caywood & Randazzo’s Bakery and UPS are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the following:

  • Weather Conditions
  • Inaccurate or Incomplete Shipping Address Information (wrong or missing apartment or suite number, wrong zip code, etc.)
  • High Package Volume
  • Mechanical Errors
  • Transit Route Delays

UPS does not deliver to PO or APO boxes or military bases.
